AgroParisTech is a higher education and research institution focused on the life sciences and the environment, under the oversight of France’s ministries of agriculture and higher education. It educates engineers, master’s graduates, doctoral researchers, and managers by leveraging its research base and close ties to industry, offering an engineering degree, master’s programs, doctoral studies, and continuing education through AgroParisTech Executive. The school operates across eight campuses in France, four of which are in the Île-de-France region, and supports a network of research units, a farm, and a technology hall to underpin its teaching and research activities. It sits within the French higher education and research ecosystem as a member of ParisTech, a founding member of Université Paris-Saclay, and a participant in the Institut Agronomique Vétérinaire et Forestier de France network. In May 2026, AgroParisTech expanded its footprint with a campus in Nancy to mark its 200th anniversary and broaden its outreach in Western Europe.
