Our property management department has the capability to desing leases and rental agreements for both residential & commercial clients. In addition to the aforementioned, Aiken & Co., also manages condomimium & homeowner's associations.
Our two part mission as an organization is to provide the most comprehensive insurance protection to the population of Florence, the Pee Dee Area and surrounding Southeastern States. Founded in 1914, we are the oldest insurance agency in Florence, and our longevity is a testimony of our ability to offer competitive insurance and risk management programs for our valued clients.
