Air Planning is a private air charter service provider and has been arranging private air charter transportation globally since 1999. Air Planning was founded with one goal in mind: to provide the finest aviation brokerage services available, arranging private flights anywhere on the globe at any time on behalf of its customers.

We provide our clients with objective advice and expertise in chartering private aircraft with sourcing, contract negotiations, and coordinating the logistics associated with the complexities of the modern aviation market. We specialize in the large group/aircraft (airliner) market; however, Air Planning is equally capable of arranging private business jets, cargo aircraft, and VIP airliners for air charters worldwide.

Air Planning is a founding member of The Air Charter Association of North America (ACANA). ACANA is a non-profit organization comprising the finest aviation brokerage firms in the industry. The stringent membership requirements of ACANA ensure that our members adhere to the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and professionalism.

Air Planning, LLC is not a direct "Air Carrier”. Air Planning, LLC does not own or operate any aircraft. All flights are operated by FAR Part 135 or 121 air carriers or foreign equivalent ("Operators”), who shall maintain full operational control of charter flights at all times.
