Alliance Building Services was established in Bellevue, Washington in 2006. Our company was founded on the idea that quality service at a fair price would yield a successful business. Alliance's Senior Management has enjoyed the privilege of serving over 250 accounts. These accounts have consisted of commercial office, high tech, industrial, professional medical and retail facilities. Alliance Building Services is a full-service maintenance company. Our customers appreciate the convenience of calling one number for all their building maintenance needs. To accommodate their requests, we have branched into window cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning, pressure washing, lighting maintenance, building restoration, and grounds care. Our specialty crews are now veterans in their fields and able to execute their assignments with the same degree of high quality exercised by our janitorial staff. The combination of an experienced management team and a highly competent, experienced workforce, along with the wide variety of accounts served, has made it possible to be able to streamline our processes and procedures to achieve optimal cleaning results at a minimal cost to our clients. We communicate daily with building management at our accounts and are able to easily and quickly adapt the cleaning program to accommodate changing needs.
