Alliance Building Services was established in Bellevue, Washington in 2006. Our company was founded on the idea that quality service at a fair price would yield a successful business. Alliance's Senior Management has enjoyed the privilege of serving over 250 accounts. These accounts have consisted of commercial office, high tech, industrial, professional medical and retail facilities. Alliance Building Services is a full-service maintenance company. To accommodate their requests, we have branched into window cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning, pressure washing, lighting maintenance, building restoration, and grounds care.
