Alluvion Staffing is a Jacksonville-based firm in the staffing and recruiting industry. The team became part of Vaco, a global talent solutions company with more than 40 markets, operating now as Alluvion, A Vaco Company. Leadership remains with managing directors Macky Weaver, Robert Davis, and brothers David and Sean Reichard. The move follows Vaco's 2021 acquisition of Alluvion.

The arrangement expands Alluvion's service scope to include consulting, project resources, executive search, direct hire, and strategic staffing, with expertise in accounting and finance, technology, and operations. Supported by Vaco's network, the firm can offer a broader set of talent solutions while maintaining its local presence in Northeast Florida, a region it has engaged with through initiatives like the Northeast Florida STEM2 Hub launched in 2020.
