In addition to an array of commercial and individual clients, we represent major banks, broker-dealers and clearing companies, in addition to the officers and employees of these firms. Our attorneys regularly appear before federal and state courts and arbitration panels across a variety of arbitral forums.

We have substantial experience in all forms of commercial litigation.  Among our areas of expertise are all real estate, business and contractual disputes, business tort claims, employment disputes and litigation between principals of companies. 

We are also experienced in litigation with government entities, including zoning litigation, Workers Compensation defense, constitutional law, and litigation regarding licensing and government approvals.

Since the 1980's, we have represented innumerable restaurants, nightclubs, lounges and bars, in litigation, in zoning and other administrative proceedings with the City of New York, with internal issues and in contract negotiations affecting their businesses.
