We are also experienced in litigation with government entities, including zoning litigation, Workers Compensation defense, constitutional law, and litigation regarding licensing and government approvals.

Since the 1980's, we have represented innumerable restaurants, nightclubs, lounges and bars, in litigation, in zoning and other administrative proceedings with the City of New York, with internal issues and in contract negotiations affecting their businesses.
