ABOUT US GIII Retail Group was formed as a wholly owned subsidiary of G-III Apparel Group on July 8, 2008. The company was created to operate retail store locations owned by G-III. Under our umbrella are DKNY and Karl Lagerfeld Paris stores. Our people define our company. Bass & Co. name and 158 G.H. Bass & Co. stores from PVH Corp. 2016 Company opens Karl Lagerfeld Paris stores. 2016 G-III purchased Donna Karan International.
