Mid Atlantic Clearing & Settlement Corporation (“MAC&SC”) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mid Atlantic Trust Company (d/b/a American Trust Custody). MAC&SC a registered broker-dealer (member FINRA/SIPC) headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. MAC&SC provides cashiering, trade execution, settlement, and custody services for Mid Atlantic Trust Company.

MAC&SC is a self-clearing member of the National Securities Clearing Corporation (“NSCC”), a subsidiary of The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (“DTCC”), for mutual fund processing services only. MAC&SC enters into and maintains mutual fund selling and servicing agreements for those mutual funds for which it provides settlement services. The NSCC is the primary provider of centralized information services and money settlement for mutual fund transactions, linking funds with their distribution channels.
