Americas Home Place was founded in 1972 by CEO Barry Conner. 

Following the Principles Over Profit philosophy of other successful business leaders, Mr. Conner believed that if you provided customers a quality built home, at a better price, and treated customers with respect always following good, honest principles, the business would be successful.

Now, almost five decades later, Americas Home Place is among the largest independent custom home builders in the country. America's Home Place has 49 Building Centers building in 12 states.
