America's Promise Alliance (APA) is a nonprofit organization that has developed a national field-building model to strengthen youth-serving organizations and unite them in collective action. Through its Alliance community, APA supports the CEOs and executive teams of more than 170 leading youth-serving nonprofits in the United States, including national organizations and place-based partners in Atlanta and Denver. These member organizations reach 34 million young people annually, employ more than 12,000 staff, and direct over $2.4 billion in annual spending. APA focuses on three interconnected areas: aligning K–12 education and youth development, reimagining postsecondary pathways to the workforce, and increasing civic and democratic engagement.
