The Anacapa Valuations’ principal and staff have significant business valuation training and years of experience working with small to medium-sized privately held businesses, holding companies, and fractional property holdings. Our firm takes pride in our valuation library, databases, and Internet research capabilities. We have access to business sales transactional databases for both private and public companies. In addition, we have databases available to determine discounts for lack of control, discounts for lack of marketability, and real estate fractional interest discounts.
