Since 1989, Anderson Homes has been best known for its high-quality homebuilding in Northern California. Anderson Homes is part of a collection of companies built, owned and led by the Anderson Family. The leadership team is a group of experienced managers with a “can-do” attitude who plan and develop a diverse range of projects including master-planned communities that include single-family homes, apartments, school sites, parks and commercial property. Current projects are in California, Arizona, and Hawaii. Some noteworthy projects include the 292-acre Santana Ranch community in Hollister, conserving over 2,000 acres of important habitat, planning, and assembling the property for retail centers that include the Bass Pro Shops, Promenade mall and Living Spaces in Manteca.  We have many long-term employees that can attest that Anderson Homes is simply a great place to work.   

 

The Anderson family gives back by supporting local non-profit organizations and has made sizeable donations to schools including a donation of 120 acres of land to the Merced Community College in Los Banos.
