Anson Construction Company, Inc. was chartered in Charleston, South Carolina in November 1962 to serve the general site development and construction needs of coastal South Carolina and Georgia. Our firm has been honored with a varied and repeat clientele for all type private/public underground municipal utility systems. In the early 1990s Anson expanded into major recreational, athletic and park facilities as well as urban and historic streetscape renovations to meet demands of longtime municipal clients. To date, comprehensive activities including utilities, hardscape, water features, irrigation, horticultural and turf grass improvements have been completed in historically sensitive Charleston, South Carolina and beyond. Projects range from complicated rehabilitation in crowded historic downtown areas to major outfall installations to private land and site development, ranging from mid-level to in excess of $10 million contracts. All worksite activities are performed with dispatch and economy with appreciation for construction safety. All projects are vigilantly scrutinized for customer schedule adherence and budget.
