For two generations the Anton and Cerrone families have enjoyed a reputation for quality building unsurpassed on Long Island today.  Irving Anton & Arthur Cerrone began working together in 1962.  In 1982 their sons, Robert Anton and Arthur Cerrone, Jr., joined the team.  Through our careers we have been involved in the construction of one family homes, apartment buildings, office buildings, retail strip centers, warehouses, and other industrial type properties.  Together we have built a strong privately held Real Estate Company while identifying and meeting the needs of the market place.  We are extremely proud of the track record we have achieved.
 
Through the years we have established and diversified our real estate portfolio.  We are a full service real estate development firm; we own, build, manage and lease all our properties.  Most recently we have been concentrating our efforts on the redevelopment of industrial properties across Long Island into modern flex centers and office buildings.  Each property selected for redevelopment is based on a strict criterion including proximity to the Long Island Expressway, and the availability of ample parking.  These property characteristics will allow for a high degree office and research and development finish to meet the needs of modern day tenants.
