Arbor CrossFit is conveniently located in Southeast Boise and is a 5,000 sq/ft. CrossFit facility equipped with men’s and women’s changing rooms and a designated Kid Check for the little ones, located right off of Broadway or Parkcenter Blvd. We offer group and individual coaching, utilizing the CrossFit methodology.

How Arbor CrossFit is Different?
At Arbor CrossFit, we never workout alone. Instead, we train with a small group of other CrossFit athletes and one of our certified, CrossFit professional coaches. By working with a small group of 10 athletes or less we give the personal attention that can’t be found at a large gym. We design different, fun workouts everyday and help customize it to suit each individual’s fitness level.

All our CrossFit workouts are 45 minutes or less and will fit into event the busiest of schedules. Our CrossFit workouts are designed to improve your capacity in ten recognized fitness domains: cardio-respiratory, endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy.
