Aspen's flagship manufacturing site, based in Gqeberha, Eastern Cape is the largest on the continent with both domestic and export capability. 

The site consists of six facilities that manufacture and pack a broad range of pharmaceutical products ranging from oral solid dosage forms (including niche high potency pharmaceutical products) to sterile products in the form of liquid vials and ampoules, eye drops, and lyophilised vials.
