The purpose of each session will be to provide the emotional support, techniques, and information you need to help resolve your personal problems and concerns. Support, Tools, and Information to Help You Move Forward We use traditional and complimentary approaches tailored to your unique needs and preferences. To help resolve your personal problems and concerns we use an integrative approach that includes: * Cultivating a therapeutic relationship and developing a diagnostic treatment plan * Exploring your emotions, beliefs, thought processes, behaviors, values, relationship patterns, and coping and communication skills * Deep questioning to help you discover who you are and what you really want * Brief solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and humanistic-holistic psychotherapies * Guided-imagery, inner child work, directed daydreaming, NLP, hypnosis, hypnotherapy, and self-suggestion * Mindfulness, energy psychology, and relaxation techniques We offer both in-person counseling at our office and online web-based therapy. Debra offers face-to-face therapy, and Timothy offers both in-office and online counseling using secure chat, text, or video.
