We connect over 37,000 OSH professionals around the world, creating a network of resources in 80 countries. We promote the expertise, leadership and commitment of our members, while providing them with the tools and information they need to succeed. We are a visible advocate for OSH professionals through proactive government affairs at the federal and state levels, and in member-led relationships with key federal safety and health agencies. For more than 100 years, we have provided education, standards development, advocacy and a professional community to support the advancement of our members and the profession as a whole. Our Chapter Chartered in 1948, the Los Angeles Chapter of ASSP is dedicated to promoting the safety profession through increased public awareness and providing opportunities for networking and professional growth.
