Atlantic TPD, LLC (ATDE) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Traffic Planning and Design, Inc. (TPD).

With over 70 years of combined staff experience, Atlantic TPD, LLC has provided specialized civil engineering consulting services in the areas of Traffic Engineering and Transportation Planning.
 
Our firm has completed thousands of projects throughout the Eastern United States for a variety of corporate, private, institutional, and municipal/public clients.  

ATDE is led by John R. Harter, P.E. and Paul B. Going, P.E., professional engineers with over 50 years of combined experience. With main offices in Central New Jersey and a branch office in Long Island, New York, our teams service all areas of the Northeast through the Mid-Atlantic states.
