Austin Chemical Company, Inc. was founded in 1976 as a sales and marketing representative company for ingredients, components and raw material primarily to life science companies. We have expanded our activities, supporting not only aspects of Life Sciences but also those of Specialty Fine Chemicals. Representations today include globally based chemical producers and contract manufacturers. SOP's addressing the ever-changing regulatory transportation requirements exist in our key Departments including Customer Service and Logistics, to provide efficient and cost effective product deliveries. 

As the first company to provide Sourcing & Procurement services to the Life Science and Specialty Fine Chemicals Industries, Austin continues to improve its key service product which can address an unlimited number of customer inquiries. Austin's custom designed Market Investigation Service provides customers and suppliers alike with confidential cost effective solutions for market information needs whether for product investigation, market analysis, new product introduction and market penetration. 

The fixed-fee cost of our fully detailed and individualized market investigation reports have proven more desirable than open-ended Consulting company contracts. Both Global Logistics Support and our Contractual Distribution Services products evolved from our Sourcing and Procurement activities, resulting in stand-alone, value-added, fee-based services products. The experience and knowledge gained through our historical business activities has resulted in Austin's most recent Services Products, Supply Chain Risk Analysis and Due Diligence. 

In addition to North America, Austin maintains a presence in Europe (2012), China (30 years) and India (20 years). Other established global supply sources include cooperative companies located in Japan, Taiwan, Korea, etc.
