Battlefield Leadership is a leadership consulting and training company specializing in providing customized experiential leadership training based in history.  Our programs, which are derived from historic events and transformative figures who helped shape the course of history in their own time, display the best in character-based leadership, and have proven highly effective in catalyzing leadership change for organizations and business leaders at all levels. 

Our programs have been developed through the expertise and experiences of founding partners Colonel Cole C. Kingseed, Colonel Kevin Farell, and Michael Chibbaro. They bring many years of experience in active military duty, military history, corporate management and leadership, and organizational development/organizational effectiveness consulting. Combined, they have developed and delivered thousands of battlefield and classroom leadership training sessions to executives and managers at all levels from across industry sectors.
