I have twenty years of experience in business valuation and the calculation of economic damages. Many of these engagements involved companies primarily engaged in the business of retail sales of products and services through direct mail. I routinely act as an expert in these types of cases throughout the country for some of the largest companies in the in the world to include McDonald's Corporation, Verizon, and Telecommunications Industry Association just to name a few. This includes providing an expert opinion of fair value as well as providing testimony in court. I devote 35 to 40 days every year to lecturing and developing curriculum for advanced valuation theory and computation of economic damages. I am on faculty with the American Society of Appraisers, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the China Appraisal Society. I also lectured for Ernst & Young in Moscow, DeLoitte Touche in New York, and Plante & Moran LLP in Chicago. Furthermore, I routinely lecture on advanced valuation theory and techniques at several universities including Xiamen University(Xiamen, China) and Tsinghua University (Beijing, China) Asia's top-rated science and technology university.
