Julia Ritzenthaler launched Beauty Junkees in 2013 when she saw an opportunity in the market to offer high end beauty products at reasonable prices. Having always been a "beauty junkee" herself, she decided to launch a testing ground for the latest beauty trends, so the average woman didn't herself have to go out and spend her money on the latest "miracles," without even knowing if they worked or not. The result was a team of women in various age groups and a team of experts testing out all the latest products and offering their unbiased reviews.
