Benchmark Research & Safety, Inc. is a human factors and ergonomics consulting firm that specializes in developing products and services that are safe and usable.  Our expertise includes usability, user-centered design, product & occupational safety, litigation support & expert witnessing, research (design, ethnographic, perceptual), program management, and training.
