I would like to take this opportunity to announce that Arvest Financial, Inc. is now BeneGroup, Inc. This name change will better define our expansion in our current operations. BeneGroup will continue its strong collaboration with its elite group of clients and lenders to focus and specialize in high quality and competitive residential and commercial real estate financing as well as its new division in Loan Modification and Real Estate Investment Relations.

Our loan modification department, which started as a consulting source for home owners who needed help and clarification on home retention programs without paying any upfront fees, has now been successfully engaging in loan modifications for the past several months. It has assisted many home owners modify their home loans to much affordable levels without collecting any upfront fees. It has also held multiple seminars and work shops on educating the public about this subject.

BeneGroup has also expanded its real estate investment relation services to continue consulting its current investors with their real estate portfolio expansion. It has done so by providing market and value analysis for its group of national and international investors seeking to purchase and invest in the current real estate down market.
