Berkeley Capital does not lease, manage, develop or purchase real estate—we specialize in the brokerage of investment properties, allowing us to focus on our fiduciary responsibilities to our seller and investor clients. Our principals have represented a variety of sellers and purchasers, including life insurance companies, pension fund advisors, real estate investment trusts, lenders, bank trust real estate departments, and government agencies, plus numerous private real estate investors and partnerships.

Although Berkeley Capital arranges investment sales throughout the Southeast, the majority of our activity is concentrated in the Carolinas. No other brokerage group, including national firms, has sold more shopping centers or single-tenant properties in the Carolinas.
