Working in some aspect of real estate my entire adult life, I have learned that the real estate market has many ebbs and flows, but at the end of the day, there is no better way to create generational wealth. I enjoy sharing my passion, experience and expertise in real estate with each client. Besides hand-on experience in construction, I have designed mechanical systems for commercial properties, appraised retail, office, hospitality, special purpose, multifamily, industrial and vacant land properties; and, represented buyers and sellers of investment properties. I possess the knowledge and experience to advise both first-time and seasoned investor clients. I have over 25 years of experience in performing commercial, industrial and residential appraisals for a variety of properties including multi-family, retail centers ranging from neighborhood centers to regional malls, office buildings, office/warehouse properties, mini-storage facilities, gasoline/convenience stores, and mixed-use facilities. Trained as a mechanical engineer. In addition to valuation experience, I have over nine years of engineering design and construction management experience with commercial and government clients. In addition, I have been a licensed real estate agent since 2008.
