Right now, we're focused on transforming bathrooms, improving kitchens, and making sure homes are warm and cosy. In future, we'll look at how we can transform other areas of the home too.

We’ve always felt very strongly that the best companies are those that care about their people. Happy people do great things. Culture plays a big part in everything we do. We're location-agnostic. We have great offices in Bournemouth, and fantastic people from all around the country. Some of us are 100% remote, some work in the office, and others like a mix. It's what we do that counts, not where we do it.

Over 8 million people visit our 3 retail sites (Drench, Tap Warehouse and Only Radiators) each year. In 2011, we shipped our very first order. 10 years later we shipped over 250,000 of them. But to be honest with you, we're just getting started.
