BHW Capital is a small, full-service commercial real estate firm based in Houston, Texas. Formed in 2012 by Martin Bronstein and Ralph Howard, the two partners have collaborated for more than three decades and bring together more than 90 years of collective CRE experience. The firm focuses on acquiring or developing opportunistic assets with the potential for significant value enhancement through development, repositioning, and active management and leasing. 
 
 Its service scope extends beyond investments to include CRE brokerage across retail, land, owner-user, and special purpose properties, as well as fee consulting for CRE-related needs and small business financing. It also handles fiduciary and agent engagements related to distressed debt resolution, along with property management and leasing. The founders previously led The Situs Companies, a large international CRE consulting firm that employed more than 400 professionals across seven states and six countries before its sale in 2011, an experience that informs their investment approach.
