Birgit Klein is a Southern Californian based full service interior architecture and design studio, who has established a reputation for creating luxurious and timeless interiors that are both comfortable and relaxed. Birgit’s elevated aesthetic, cultivated through her European background and experience, enables her to balance her vision with her clients’ tastes and lifestyle to create truly bespoke environments. 

Birgit is recognized for developing trusted relationships with her clients which allow her to provide a personalized and dedicated service with the support of her highly skilled team. This custom-tailored approach allows the individual needs of each of her clients to be represented in her design, creating spaces that are both beautiful and functional.

Birgit Klein Interiors first office opened in London in 2006, followed by the  Los Angeles studio in 2009, and finally the  Montecito/Santa Barbara studio in 2015. Birgit’s presence in the US and UK allows for seamless collaboration with clients nationally and internationally on both residential and commercial projects. Birgit received her Diploma in Interior Design at KLC School in London where she began her career  with well-known and established international interior designers. As a native German, she has lived, worked and travelled extensively throughout the world. Her clients benefit from her invaluable global experience, European connections and cultural understanding - culminating in  a unique and refreshing perspective to personalized design.
