Blue Cube is best thought of as an extension of your existing spreadsheet, modeling every possible utilization of each of your pipeline capacity assets and monitoring those potential utilizations against the spreads in every trading period (e.g., Same-Day, Prompt +3, the Winter strip, etc.).  Blue Cube’s optimization engines evaluate the economics of each utilization option in real-time, incorporating the associated capacity’s variables and current usage, prices and positions, storage injection/withdrawal plans, a variety of constraints, and more to provide you with a forced ranking of each of your capacities’ most profitable utilizations.  As inputs change, Blue Cube reevaluates each potential utilization with the updated inputs to provide you with up-to-the-minute guidance on how to best utilize your capacity agreements to address your position requirements and maximize margins.

Blue Cube customers access and utilize the Blue Cube service directly from the Blue Cube portal website.  All that is required is a computer, an internet browser, and an internet connection.
