I am the Owner Broker with five years experience in real estate and more than 20 years experience in business management. My Master’s degree is in Health Education. I have been happily married to John Spaude for 12 years. John is an avid cross country ski racer and cyclist who owns his own electrical business. We have 15 years experience in major down-to-the-foundation remodeling and built the house we live in; completing every part of the construction ourselves except the excavation and septic work. I am a former nationally ranked cyclist and have multiple World and National Master’s Cycling Championships. As an outdoor enthusiast, my thorough knowledge of the MVSTA, hiking and snowmobile trails is a resource for my clients.
