Launched with the belief that a boutique, highly-flexible firm can better serve clientele in this new age, BlueOx PM was born. We primarily serve the Workspace/Office, Retail/Restaurant and Landscape sectors in a way not seen today. So often firms pitch their "all-inclusive" abilities with architecture, interior design and engineering all under their roof. It gives a customer a "one-stop-shop." At BlueOx we agree that providing a "one-stop-shop" is ideal, but we approach it much differently. Rather we are about staying small and flexible with minimal overhead and all our energies go towards you - our client. We instead build teams specific to you and your project. By hand selecting consultants based on their skill sets, and not because they sit in our office, gives you the most talent, expertise and cost-control.

Whether its furniture selection for your new office, a new tile spec for your restaurant, or plant material for your luxury residence - we select all those things based on you and your wants and needs - not our design aesthetic. Led by Tracy Borchardt, an award-winning designer with extensive experience, he has overseen a staggering number of projects. With nearly 1,500 tenant improvement type projects under his belt, over 375 ADA surveys, and hundreds of landscape designs completed, his experience in these sectors is unquestioned.
