Bodynamic Institute USA operates in the professional training and coaching sector, focusing on somatic developmental psychotherapy. Rooted in the principle of Mutual Connection, the approach seeks to balance personal dignity with interpersonal bonds, addressing disruptions in early relationships and how they manifest in the body and nervous system to inform verbal therapy. The practice aims to help clients achieve embodied awareness and improve connections with themselves and with others, using a framework that attends to developmental themes and attachment states of mind. Based in Los Angeles, California, the organization appears to be a small operation within its field, offering specialized training and coaching services that emphasize precise, body-informed therapeutic work.
