Borders Unlimited is a wholesale distributing company that began it's journey as "Newmarket, Ltd." over 20 years ago when founder, Don Spear, parlayed his extensive industry experience into his own wallpaper company. Located just outside Louisville, Kentucky, Newmarket quickly gained credibility and respect as a major player in the wall covering industry. Over the next 8 years, Newmarket's talent in wallpaper border designs emerged as it's strength. In August of 1992, Newmarket officially changed it's name to "Borders Unlimited, Inc." and focused its energies on creating wall borders and coordinating accessories. In our years since, we have built our company into one of the largest Home and Domestics manufacturers in the United States. Our products have sold in the largest retail chains in the world, and we have built a strong and loyal following of delighted customers. Still privately owned, we now occupy a 100,000+ square foot facility that houses our own packaging and distribution center, as well as a state-of-the-industry design studio. We also maintain a satellite studio in Cleveland, Ohio, that specializes in contract printing with other manufacturers. In an industry of dizzying trends and globalization, Borders Unlimited has maintained it's course of distinction and excellence.
