When our company came under new leadership in early 2024, so too came the need for a new name to reflect our ambition of offering additional services beyond contract labor, and our goal of becoming a leader in the energy service industry.
 
Boss Energy Solutions was born from the vision of Jeff Trahan. After steering Shamrock Energy Solutions to impressive heights—growing from 150 to over 1,000 employees across 9 U.S. locations in just 12 years—Jeff exited in early 2019. Now, he channels that same drive and expertise into Boss Energy Solutions, zeroing in on contract labor for the energy production markets.
