BoxOps was started by industry professionals who saw a need for a company that focused exclusively on managing the box office and financial operations of Fairs, Festivals and Events. This most basic set of disciplines is often left to well-meaning volunteers or temporary staff that can quickly become overwhelmed, resulting in financial losses and operational nightmares. Our team, having years of event management experience, set about creating a robust set of processes and procedures that allows BoxOps to quickly and efficiently assume control of as much, or as little of the revenue management and admissions responsibilities required. We work with many different types of events and box office applications so our customized solutions are always tailored specifically for the specific needs of each client and event profile.

Our services span the life cycle of any event including consulting during the planning and post event stages and operational support throughout the run of the event whether it is a day, a week, or a permanent venue installation.
