Brannon Professionals is a consulting and training company serving businesses and individuals in Memphis, North Mississippi and the entire Mid-South area through career transition coaching and communication training related to DISC & Motivators. 

Brannon Professionals was started in 1995 by Mark Brannon and Susan Reich.  The vision was to create an easier process for businesses to hire top talent.  Susan's background in industrial psychology and human resources combined with Mark's background in business management and marketing provided these two a unique perspective on hiring and managing people.  

Over the past 25 years Brannon has served businesses and individuals, walking with them through the hiring & management process and career transitions.  Today, Susan Reich continues to own and operate Brannon and the desire to make a difference in people's lives, creating a deeper sense of work satisfaction in individuals and developing company culture and growing company revenue has never been greater.  Our services have evolved to incorporate cutting edge management tools that take the guess work out of employee selection, build effective teams, and develop employees.
