In 2002 our founder Cyndi Weis put everything she loved under one roof: yoga, nutrition, specialty shopping, and most importantly, family. Since then, breathe has grown into a hub for all things wellness: our Academy of classes now include all types of yoga, meditation, and nutrition which we offer both in-person and online; we lead experienced Teacher Trainings and bring top-notch presenters to the Rochester community; our juice bar has expanded into a full kitchen and bakery; and our relaxing spa services include facials, acupuncture, and massages. For over 20 years, it has been our honor to serve the Rochester community and beyond! We offer two distinct studio spaces under one roof. For those seeking the intensity of heated power vinyasa, we have a dedicated studio just for that. If you prefer a more gentle, non-heated practice, we also offer classes in a serene, non-heated room — with the comfort of a heated wood floor.
