For over twenty years, Brenner Builders has built homes in Westchester and Fairfield Counties for discerning clients. Founder and President Kevin Brenner has nurtured our company to an ideal size that allows for a personal relationship with each homeowner as we simultaneously build several exquisitely detailed, large scale projects. We have assembled a dedicated team of employees who, along with trusted suppliers, subcontractors, and artisans, transform architects’ renderings into well-loved homes. The quest for quality and an ingrained desire to please are the hallmarks of the work we do. 
Under Kevin’s supervision, five skilled and experienced project managers coordinate the building sites. Our site trailers are outfitted with wireless networks, telephones and fax machines, and digital cameras-enabling us to document and discuss construction details immediately with team members who are not onsite. Homeowners and design professionals are always welcome on the building sites and are encouraged to be integral members of our teams. 

Our Bedford Hills headquarters hums like a finely tuned engine, thanks to the guidance of Vice President Jan Corning. Communication is paramount in the office where the staff is trained and eager to find answers and solutions. The Timberline construction management system enables us to execute a smooth home building process, from bidding the project to scheduling sub-contractors and deliveries. 

As your construction manager, we will strive to build the best product for the best price in the most efficient time. Brenner Builders works on a fixed-fee basis that is based on time. We order your chosen materials and products, pass on our professional discounts, and coordinate your direct payment of invoices with no additional mark up.
