Brewer Yacht Yards (BYY) operates a network of marina facilities serving boaters from a base in Westbrook, Connecticut. The business traces its origins to 1879 with a chandlery and hardware store, and in 1964 it expanded by acquiring a boat yard, forming the first site in a regional chain that stretches from Maryland to Maine. It relies on a professional staff, well-maintained facilities, and skilled trades in rigging, carpentry, and mechanics, underpinned by formal training and modern equipment. The approach emphasizes anticipating customer needs and thorough follow-through to ensure work is completed correctly the first time.

BYY serves professional and recreational boat owners, sailors, and fishermen within the maritime transportation sector, offering maintenance and yard services. In January 2017, Brewer Yacht Yard Group was acquired by Safe Harbor Marinas, integrating its yards into a broader marina network.
