From carefully selected hotels to our 24-hour support helpline, we take every element of our customers’ holidays seriously.

Customers can choose from more than 9,500 carefully selected hotels in over 600 locations across 100 countries to add to their British Airways flight. Car hire, in partnership with Avis & Budget, airport transfers and sightseeing experiences can also be booked on ba.com, or by calling our destination experts. 

First established in 1955 then rebranded as British Airways Holidays in 1991, we are a wholly owned subsidiary of IAG Loyalty, following a transfer of ownership from British Airways in April 2024. 

We operate in almost 50 markets globally and we are now the UK’s seventh largest Tour Operator in the latest ATOL data published by the Civil Aviation Authority.
