Brooks Consulting LLC offered strategy consulting services to life sciences, IT and manufacturing companies for over 27 years.

Co-founded by Phil and Jan Brooks, Brooks Consulting was a Preferred Provider with both Pennsylvania’s Innovation Partnership (assisting clients who were awarded MicroGrant, MicroVoucher or Federal Marketing Assistance funding), and the ScaleUp West Virginia SBIR/STTR Assistance Program. 

Brooks Consulting worked as a grant consultant for SBIR/STTR Phase I, Phase II, Fast Track, Broad Agency Announcement, Rapid Innovation Fund, i6 SBIR supplement and Commercialization Accelerator/ Assistance Program proposals. Submitting to seven agencies (DOD, DOE, DOT, ED, EPA, NIH, NSF), our work resulted in awards totaling more than $18.5 million in grants to our clients.
