Since 1978, Brookwood Farms has been providing authentic pit cooked barbeque that is slow roasted over charcoal for over 10 hours. We are passionate about how we smoke meat to make our Pulled Pork, Brisket, Ribs and other smoked meat products. We have over 300 yards of real charcoal pits built with brick and mortar wrapped in stainless steel with hoods. We cook over flaming charcoal, and we don't take any short cuts by using liquid smoke to get a smokey flavor. We get it the natural way during our cooking process the way it's supposed to be done.
