We make mead. Simply put mead is wine made from honey, but, more poetically, mead is the drink of the gods, cherished from the time of the Pharaohs to the Emperors of China. References to mead abound in our mythos, history, literature, medicinal remedies, etc. Made from the fermentation of honey, mead is a beverage in a category of its own that dates back beyond the reaches of human history. We NEVER add sulfites to our mead and we use a no heat method that keeps all the flavor in the bottle. Everything we make is GLUTEN-FREE.
