Established in 1998, Bruce Howard Contracting, Inc. is a family-owned civil contracting business with 150 employees with over 300 pieces of heavy equipment.  BHCI provides various services including but not limited to; grading, excavating and site work, temporary access roads through the most difficult terrain to permanent roads built to VDOT standards, installation of high-level security fence, installation and maintenance of erosion and sediment controls, underground utility work and engineering services. 

BHCI is state certified in Virginia as a Small Women Owned Business (SWaM) and federally certified as Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) and Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE).
