Three technology professionals founded BTG in 1995 to facilitate their transition into independent consulting.  Shortly after establishing the organization they discovered that many other people in the local technology markets could benefit from the BTG infrastructure.  They encouraged those folks to join and the company took on a life of it’s own.

Our focus is on technical/professional staffing to include permanent, contract and contract to hire.  We help our clients retire legacy systems, implement third party software solutions, build custom applications and modernize their IT infrastructures.  We do this by providing both technology leaders and hands on individual contributors.
