Bueno Foods, also known as El Encanto, Inc., is a family-owned food company based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and has operated since 1951. It manufactures, prepares, and distributes a broad portfolio of New Mexican and Mexican-style foods to restaurant and retail customers across the United States, including flame-roasted chiles, tortillas, salsas, and ready-to-serve items such as tamales and enchiladas. The line also includes BUENATURAL products, featuring organic tortillas, vegetarian tamales, and all-natural stews.

The company serves a nationwide customer base in both foodservice and retail markets, providing authentic, prepared foods that support menu and product offerings.
