The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) is the Federal agency in the U.S. Department of the Interior that manages our nation's offshore energy, mineral, and geological resources. The program is national in scope and is headquartered in Washington, D.C. Regional offices are located in New Orleans, Louisiana.; Camarillo, California, northwest of Los Angeles; and Anchorage, Alaska.
